Slave table with option chain conveyer

• This table has a heavy basic construction of the machine frame for a flat work surface.
• Paneling of the work surface with multi-ply wood panels.
• 12 stop bolts below for taking over the wall elements.  Wall element thicknesses of up to 400 mm can be processed. Other dimensions available on request.
• For different wall thicknesses, the transfer distance to the encoder can be set to 3 positions using a selector switch.
• The slave table can be equipped with a chain conveyor or conveyor rollers.
• On the front sides there is an electrical connection (240V, 16A) and a pneumatic connection (R1/4 inch) for the use of hand tools such as nailers or guns.
• Pivoting via 3 hydraulic cylinders for element weights of up to 4,000 kg at an angle of 85°. Safety valves on the cylinders prevent accidental lowering of the work surface.
• Equipping the recipient with motorized travel up to 2 m on large profile wheels and flat running rails.
• Additional ballast insert integrated in the holder as anti-tipping device. Drive via geared motor with soft start. Supply via moving cable drag chain from below.
