GPM series feeding table

The universally applicable assembly station for the production of wall, ceiling, and roof elements in timber frame construction.

Heavy-duty, basic structure of the machine frame for a flat working surface.
Clamping of the elements via 9 system clamping beams with plug-in bolts with pneumatic pressure cylinders.
The number of system clmaping beams can be adjusted to suit your needs.
The system clamping beams are extendable for element heights from 100 to 3,800 mm.
Clamping can be carried out in two groups of 5 and 4 pieces, allowing two elements to be clamped/processed simultaneously.
The work surface is covered with wooden panels as far as technically possible. (A perforated metal plate is available as an option.)
Clamping system via 9 clamping bolts, opposite the clamping side with 17 plug-in bolts and on the side with 6+1 plug-in bolts for dimensionally accurate positioning of the elements.
Swivel device of the assembly station via 3 hydraulic cylinders for element weights up to 4,000 kg at 85° (95°). The hydraulic system is compactly integrated into the frame area in the assembly station.
The electrical control cabinet is also installed under the assembly station for protection.
The functions are operated via a control panel.
A compressed air connection and socket are installed on both front sides of the station, and 2 sockets and 2 compressed air connections are installed on each long side of the station for connecting hand-held devices.

The stations are modular in design, so that they can be expanded immediately or later with a slave station to form a complete turning station.
